1. Returns

With all tags and original packaging

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

Sale or promotional items

Gift cards

Intimate clothing (lingerie, swimwear, accessories) due to hygiene reasons
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping
Please use a tracked shipping service when sending returns. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit. The return address will be provided upon approval of the return request.
